The Rho-Tech team is a diversified team, each individual bringing a unique quality to the team, thus ensuring that a many facetted highly motivated and competent team will attend to our clients and potential client's needs.
Rho-Tech has a total staff compliment of approximately 125 people in South Africa, 17 people in Zambia and 7 people in Namibia.
Of this staff compliment, approximately 10 members were previously Certified Welders by the Plastics Federation of South Africa in compliance with SAQA.
A further 10 staff members are certified as competent welders on the butt fusion jointing procedure as specified in ISO 21307 : 2011, using the McElroy fusion machine range.
Rho-Tech has specialised people for the McElroy equipment – a qualified Trainer and specialised technical service personnel, for support and after sales service.
Among the remaining support staff members we have various Artisans, different levels of vehicle Drivers and qualified Engineer(s) to provide Technical back up as may be required.
